The front door leads directly into the Lounge: [5.73m x 5.51m] comfortably furnished with a two-seater settee and two armchairs. TV, video and DVD player. Local TV channels. Radio Cassette/CD player.

Dining Room: [3.47m x 4.31m] with table and six chairs. Double doors lead out into the garden.

Kitchen: [2.47m x 2.32m] fitted with modern Hygiena units and equipped with an electric cooker, washing machine, fridge, microwave and coffee filter.

Shower Room: [2.6m x 1.4m] Corner shower cubicle, wash hand basin, WC.

[From April 2009 additional accommodation will include:]

Door from the lounge into a hallway leading to Bedroom 2: with twin beds and door to garden. Cloakroom.

Stairs from the inner hallway up to Mezzanine: with bed-settee and study area.

Stairs from the lounge lead to the first floor hallway with a Family Bedroom: [4.97 x 3.8m] + 2.07m x 2.21m] The room is L-shaped with a king size bed and a single bed. Built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers, bedside tables with lamps.

En-suite bathroom: [2.07m x 2.21m] Full size bath with mixer shower. Pedestal wash hand basin and WC.

Outside:
The garden has gravel pathways leading round to a paved terrace. BBQ. Garden table and chairs Central rose bed and flower borders and small area of lawn. There is gated access on three sides. Secure for animals and children!

Why should I get my vacation property listed?

Vacation properties are very popular. By showing your property online you increase its visibility. Renting a cottage online is the easiest way to see vacation properties and help decide which one to rent. Since we are a new player on the web, we want to ensure at least 50 properties to our visitors before starting to charge for listing. We will try to keep it free by renting commercial spots on the site. Renting a cottage will remain free for as long as possible, but to ensure your free spot you should list your vacation property as soon as possible.

How long does it take to get listed?

Renting a cottage provides an easy way to list your vacation property online. Simply fill the new account form and submit it. You will then have a user name and a password to identify yourself in the member's area. Even better, you can create as many username as you want and list all your vacation properties keeping the same password for each account. The search capability of the site will adjust automatically for your new entry if that location did not exist before.

Renting a cottage member's area provides you with the opportunity to describe your vacation property online and to add pictures of your vacation property. When you have completed all parts describing your vacation property you simply have to select the ready to display check box and there it is. Listing your property is that easy.

What type of vacation properties will be accepted for listing?

Renting a cottage online will verify each member to ensure the language is adequate and that the pictures are respecting the spirit of Renting a cottage.
